There is some transfer of energy from our body by means of conduction convection as well as evaporation which is then maintain by the metabolic system. Totally confused about that last statement. Can you please justify?

The temperature of chai is 100 c while the temperature of sorrunding is 27 c.
The heat is transferred to sorrunding but why not the the temperature of sorrunding is not increased?
