Gilles, Poirier win fifth straight ice dance gold at Skate Canada

Canadian ice dancers Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier captured ice dance gold for the fifth consecutive year at the Skate Canada International figure skating event. Fellow Canadians Marjorie Lajoie and Zachary Lagha won silver as both ice dance teams picked up hardware in their season-opening event. (Oct. 27, 2024)
