CORRUPT HOA gave me 29 Tickets in ONE DAY! (Hiring a Lawyer)

My opinion:
hire a lawyer for the tickets
- don't warn the HOA
- get a financial expert or lawyer to audit the HOA books to hit them back
- by auditting their books you will scare them into making a mistake, basically handing you the smoking gun.

You are 28...I am 65. I hope you have learned/are learning an important life lesson. Never, ever, EVER but a house, condo, or even bare land that has an HOA involved with it. You get to own the house, you get to make the mortgage payments, you get to pay the homeowners insurance premiums, you get to pay to maintain the home/property, you get to pay the property taxes, you get to pay yhe HOA fees...then they get to tell you everything you can do with that home...what color to paint it, what kind of vehicle you can park there, where to keep your trash cans...

Avoid HOAs like the plague.

Call the IRS on that HOA and have them audited. Then everyone will know where the money is going and how crooked they are.

My parents live in an HOA they got a shed installed that matched the house color (which is the HOA rule) got a fine because it wasn’t approved the next week 2 houses got new sheds installed that weren’t even close to matching my dad called a lawyer and won the case. He used to shoot a bow on his property into the wood line no houses near where he would practice a neighbor called it in and my dad got another fine took it court won again because he was within the law. I parked my truck in his driveway for a month to replace the trans that went out (according to the by law if you are working on a vehicle it must be in garage or driveway) we received a $500 fine for it the neighbor down the street had a mustang parked in the street for 6 months while he was restoring it motor and all it was leaking oil and gas he never received a fine yet again went to court and won the case. You are absolutely within your rights to take that to legal action

First mistake, moving into an hoa.
I would never make payments on a house I cant do anything in, on, or around.
Thats why I live in the country.
Only 10acres but its mine .I do what I want on it.
