FYI - Trade Republic has said that since the ECB deposit facility rate has been cut from 4% to 3.75%, they will reduce their interest rates to 3.75% starting June 12th

Hey Malone, could you do a video about ITs such as JAM, JGGI and FCIT? Would be interesting to hear your take on them as an Irish investor

Hey Malone! It’ll be great if you do some comparations between physical or online banks operating in Ireland for personal use, including best for: low fees, mortgages and compatibility w other banks. Thanks for your videos!

Hey Malone, I recently opened my trade republic account using your link!
I am planning to put my emergency fund there but my husband asked a valid question: Would it be safer to leave part of the emergency savings on a AIB savings account so we have instant access if we need it?
I believe international transfers would take at least one business day to complete

Hey Dan, I’ve been wanting to open a PRSA, but I was made aware of the new Irish auto-enrolment pension scheme recently, can you make a video talking about this and which one is better!

Hi, can I make a monthly deposit in my account or is it just n° money upfront? Please clarify, thanks

with trade republic do you need to report taxes? I found Revolut to be quite easy to deal with it but they have 3.75% APY, and also small service fee, but they do the reporting them selfs. Thinking to move all my Bank of Ireland savings as the interest is just a joke.

Hi, I found your old videos about taxation on ETFs, and I was wondering if Berkshire Hathaway is a good alternative from the taxation perspective? I hope that for Revenue BH is a stock, not ETF ...

Well dude, I’d like to talk to you about investing in Irish real estate for rental income but placing the property into SPVs and setting up licensing agreements with the tenants instead of actual tenancy agreements. Maybe you could do a video on that ? I heard it can cut down on the taxes as the income is now in the name of a company, not an individual.

Hi, thank you for your review, but why you did not mention Revolute? They pay 3.5% in EUR before tax. and N26 2.8%. Of course it is less than TR, but it is still better than AIB, BoI, AnPost and other local Irish banks 😉
Are there any Irish companies that provide crypto services?

Hello

Would you do a video on the Adsense Ireland tax for YouTube channels . I don’t have a clue how it works . If you have a full time job, does this tax affect your tax in work ?
If you do a video on this it would be brilliant.
Thank you

Raisin is great...until you need a statement of transactions (that they don't provide through their platform or their support), especially for Anti-Money Laundering Checks or for mortgage approval.
