OK. I duplicated your video this weekend and 100% success. Thank you! But here are my own notes. Bolts need to be 1/2 inch exactly not 1 inch. Perfect length to allow the fog casing to slide back in. If you are like me and do not have those tools and live in a city hi-rise your local Ace Hardware should have a 5/16 bolt and 1/2 inch length for less than 50c each. Same goes for drilling the holes. Ace Hardware is great! I had to bake at 200F for 30 minutes on a cookie tray to be able to pull apart the glue by hand. Will need to have a flat head to raise up the 4 notches. 15-20 for each at 150F to loosen the glue to push it all back together with the lights inside. I strongly suggest baking each light separately so the other does not cool while working on the other. I cut the stock power connector with a little slack and electric taped it up on the round plug. Put it back on to give a more sealed interior for less dirt and dust. I removed the clear plastic plug and ran the wire out from the inside. Perfect. I now think even better to add to connectors on the Nilight wires and plug it internally to the original circular plug for a 100% enclosed solution. Used caps to connect wires and electrical tape to waterproof. They need to point fairly strait and all the way down if possible as they are very bright. Maybe a little bit pointing out on each. Finally the plastic for the bolt mount is very thin and soft. Especially after baking twice. Cannot be too tight or you might break thorough. There is some give but should be OK. This does allow adjustments from the hole in back with your finger if needed a little bit. I would suggest a thin rectangular piece of steel instead of the washer on the bottom to make the screw in more secure. Otherwise it does not seem to heat up much if at all inside the original housing and seems like a great solution. $32 on Amazon with your link was cheapest! I thank you once again!

I finally ordered this today with the LasFit LA replacement LEDs and will let you know once I have them installed. Thanks for the great videos!

Wow! That's a lot of complex work! Much could go wrong! How about just some quality LED replacement bulbs for the existing setup?

Great conversion! Did you use the same wiring from the oem fog lights to connect the new fog lights?

Nice. Are you getting flashed by other drivers for the fogs being too bright?

The bolts are 1in that the came with. I was able to get 3/4 inch ones. How short did you have to cut them? And I think it would be best to seal the back circle as it will allow dust and dirt and bugs in over time. Even mice!

Looked at this again. A bit of work but do-able. I also prefer to put the front cover back on. Concern is heat with those lights being closed off. Also would think it should be closed off in the back to keep water dirt and dust from coming in. But again. Heat issues?

I wanted to see how the back of the house looked like after, cux I would rather closed it back as factory.

I just checked, there’s no amber option for this size.

So were wiring harnesses needed or can I get them without?

Light pattern looks like driving or spot lights, not fogs.
