JR is a man's man and he stood up for what he believed in and confronted Eric Bischoff proudly and made no apology, the fact that he quit wasn't what he really WANTED to do but his pride an honor wouldn't allow him to let Bischoff stomp all over him. JR is a man of principal and he walked away from something he loved because his loyalty to Austin was unshaken and in the end it was Bischoff who got the ultimate surprise because it wasn't what Bischoff expected, JR left Bischoff shocked and embarrassed and at a loss for words!!!
