Robert Dilts interviewt on Logical levels by Martijn Nas for WOSM consultants Short version

World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) offers consulting services to National Scout Organizations (NSOs) to help them improve their operations, programs, and overall impact. One of the frameworks used by WOSM in its consulting work is the logical levels model developed by Robert Dilts.

The logical levels model identifies six levels of change that an organization can work on to achieve its goals: environment, behavior, capabilities, beliefs and values, identity, and purpose. By addressing each level, an organization can create a holistic and sustainable approach to change.

In its consulting work, WOSM aims to help NSOs identify and address challenges across these logical levels. WOSM provides NSOs with customized solutions, training, and resources to support their development and growth. The ultimate goal is to help NSOs create meaningful and impactful programs that benefit the youth they serve and contribute to the global Scout movement.
