Biometric verification Process

1- Local Customer living Abroad- Non-  Resident or Resident

2- Customer with Permanent Physical disability

Local Customer living Abroad- Non-  Resident or Resident

2- Request cannot be processed if customer does not have his/her registered mobile number.

List of Required Documents:

1. Scanned copy of BMV exemption form duly filled and signed and should be attested form competent authority in aboard i.e. Pakistan Embassy – to be downloaded from website

2. Customer’s NRP status along with proof i.e. copy of valid passport, visa, exit stamp, resident permit .
3. Copy of valid ID document (CNIC/ NICOP)

Time required (TAT)

•       TAT for end-to-end process will be 3 working Days

•       Incase customer is not reachable on call, the case will be in waiting list for 5 working days.
