TIP: instead of building up your neoprene with double sided tape, you can use spray adhesive like 3M Super 77 and similar. It's much more economical, good double-sided tape is expensive. But I love so much that you told me how to build it instead of telling me where to buy it. SUPER AWESEOME.

I made a set of kuji pads after watching this video and can attest that the pads make a HUGE difference. Great vid!

I followed your suggestion and added similar padding to my gotway tesla. It worked so well! I don't use it for jumping but I now have much better gripping and control. It really makes a big difference. I will now do the same to my KS18XL, and eventually all my other wheels. Thanks a million! 👍

Please make more videos about jumping, you are the only one to showing this, we want to see more challenge with jumping on unicycle :)

Great Jump Kuji. I have done it and will test it tonight with my KS18L. I used additional experiment by drilling a hole to the cover to make it tight and firmed grip on my foot.

Impressive. The V10F is a very heavy wheel.
I don't want to cover my lights up as much, but I'm certainly going to experiment with this.

Great Video. U can easily use the 3cm thick EVA foam that came with heavy duty adhesive tape on the back. U can easily put 2 together. It looks much better than putting 4 sheets together.

Tried it, love it, did all my wheels in 2 hours! Made a template too so I can put it in the same place on all the wheels.

Thank Kuji! Just got my Gotway Mten3 and was thinking why I'm not making the jumps. Now this clear things up perfectly!

I’m an experienced rider also buy was wondering how you managed to jump without having your feet locked in. Now I know that you have additional lower padding 🙂 🇬🇧

I'd first try two of those almost round mousepads with the gel wrist rest slapped on both sides 🤔
Don't know if it would work, but it would be pretty easy and cheap to try :D And if the gel stuff would seem good, maybe even those keyboard wide wrist rests could be utilized 🤔

Thanks for sharing, Kuji! I've been wondering how to create my own pads for my wheel. Keep up the good work!

A few years later, and now these are practically default pads on production EUCs. Kuji ftw

love your videos! but I am always worried that repeat jumping weaken the axle, you ride your wheels really hard, have you ever damage the axle or the motor housing because of jumping?

What I love with this way of padding is the freedom of movement for the legs. I can fully bend the knees and lower my CoG without the pads getting in the way.

Okay was just having a debate with a buddy why I’m ditching the onewheel, and this add on gear and your info has been extremely helpful. Definitely will be trading my one whee XR for this asap
