Puzzled by Thiel's comment sayiing Bill Gates should come back to MSFT if they really want to change. Satya Nadella has been CRUSHING it at MSFT (as proven by stock price). I used to walk into tech events full of startup founders, devs, etc and the entire audience would laugh when MSFT was mentioned - no one laughs now because Nadella's bold strategic decisions have made MSFT cool again.

The nature or definition of what 'work' is needs to change. Why does jobs need to be 1 onerous 2 economically productive As an example why can't exercise be work ? Where all the shit work is done by robots, lets make 'work' a personally beneficial effort, measured against an external metric. Etc
