This lesson was phenomenal, 16th notes was a struggle and this made it click. I think visually seeing the count with the strums.

Justin is introducing 16th note strumming this early? He stuck with 8th notes for a long time in the old course. I did Justin's course several years ago. It's still fun watching the new course. I'm still learning every day. Music is a life long journey.

I love strumming videos. It really helps a lot! I thought i was wrongly adding upstrums... i just feel i like it though. Thanks for your videos. I am addicted to your songbooks! It is hard to choose which songs to practice! Too many which i enjoy!

Hi Justin, firstly I have been watching your channel for about 18 months now, (maybe longer) and thanks to you, I have learnt alot, I have been "playing" guitar for a couple of years now, but I am not trying to be the next hendrix, clapton, blackmore or gilmore, just a hobby for me, I would like to know if you have or could do a lesson, or have done one on changing from chords to barre cords, as i am really struggling with that, and would you recommend playing with a backing track, this is somethiing I am, kinda scared Thanks

Hi Justin, I do have a question about 8th and 16th - what to do with my leg? When I practice basic 1-2-3-4 down strums my strumming hand is completely synchronised with my left leg. With 8th note strumming pattern am I supposed to tap with my leg only for 1, 2, 3, 4 or also with &'s? E.g. for 8th should my leg be synchronised with hand or hand should be moving 2x faster than leg?
Thank you in advance
