WAGS Valve from Aquaguard

This valve is designed to shut off the water supply in the event of a leak from a water heater. It’s a low-cost and simple solution to prevent catastrophic water damage, operating with a maximum temperature of 200 degrees F and a maximum pressure of 80 PSI.

The reliable WAGS valve is fully mechanical and simple, requiring no electricity, batteries, wireless signals, or maintenance, getting 100% life out of the tank. It can be easily installed in the drip pan on all styles of water heaters. Using properly approved tubing, connect the water heater’s cold water supply line to the IN port of the valve and the water heater’s cold water inlet to the OUT port of the valve. The valve activates when water accumulates in the pan and will shut off the water using an 80 lb. spring. When activated, a red pop-up tab will show.

After installation, attach the product sticker to the water heater to easily access information for the WAGS valve.
