Education for Sustainability

In our latest TOG Talk, Lizzie Peberdy joins us to talk about Plastic Free July and how we can engage children positively in the world of sustainability through education.

Not only is Lizzie a Pastoral Tutor at The Outdoors School but she is one of the Directors at The Eco Centre in Somerset so she is the perfect person to talk to when it comes about environmental education.

She talks to us about hidden plastics, recycling and how to empower the future generation to effect change, rather than paralysing them with fear about the state of the world!
