Well, everyone always hates when a new version of windows releases. A trend at this point.

I personally like both. Windows 11 has nice simple sounds. Somewhat similar to what Nintendo does with their calm atmospheric background sounds.

In my opinion Windows 10X is better. You can hear that the windows 10X has like a discord disconnect sound. Maybe you noticed and maybe you didn't.

I mean, in w11 it sounds like just a small app opening, not like the whole os, like in windows xp with that epic tone

I kind of dislike how quiet and muted everything sounds in Windows 11. I know they won't change it anymore but I just wish some of the sounds were more exact and honestly just easier to hear. It just doesn't give off any emotion at all, unlike Windows Vista or even the logon sound of Windows 10 that I use as a startup sound.
