I saw people make comments about how"not every member of a group needs a solo debut" with heavy implications they were talking about taeyong. I disagree so strongly. Like you said, he embodies the neo sound (ex. His reaction to Sticker vs rest of 127) which shows in shalala. But moreso than that, we rarely get to hear him sing. His b sides let us hear other sides of his musicality and see who he is with his writing. I loved this album so much

My albums came today, so I finally allowed myself to watch your unboxing after holding myself from all the unboxing spoilers and unboxing my own! The albums are physically so wonderful and representative of TY, and the music - I can't get enough of! He's always been my favourite NCT member, and I've waited for his solo debut when I first noticed him a few years ago, so it's so wonderful to see this finally happen for him.
