Generally you would spray lighter coats turning the wheel to get all the angles. 2 create a tacky substrate, Going on heavy can have huge problems. 1 fish eyes, runs, and possible underlying paint wrinkling due to applying to heavily. Also not letting the paint gas off can cause other problems. Light coat turning the wheels let dry 8-10 minutes then apply a little thicker coat let stand 15 mins then go over heavier as your final coat.
