I got one new online and it arrived used, they gave me a discount and it was fine and then I tried to use the drip coffee function and it wouldn't even start...so disappointing!

Frother never works the same from one cup to the next and makes a horrible sound. Nothing shows how to remove it and clean it. The manual is totally inadequate!!

je viens de recevoir ma nouvelle cafetiere , un peu décu, plus jolie sur internet, bouton allumage a l'arriere de la cafetiere , donc pas pratique du tout, ensuite bouton vraiment simple va t il tenir ! coté filtre pour installer le filtre apres le nettoyage , une galere pour remettre en place . l'ensemble basse gamme . Je vais regretter mon ancienne.
