So these are the Soundcore Space Q45, they are a pair of entry level ANC headphones that defiantly try to punch way above their weigh class. Overall, they’re decent and they definitely get the job done, but I can’t help but feel that they are using last gen tech for headphones in 2023. Nonetheless, let's see what the Space Q45 are all about.

I don't like the design but is acceptable, I have used the Q35s in restaurants almost everyday and they were comfortable, they are also low profile in the not looking expensive part but they do look awkward.

Wearing them now (the prior versions are actually slimmer ). The battery are is great At 150$. You can’t really make a complaint. (I use buds for travel) and these for at home and movies. But you can catch. Sweat with the ear pads Other than that. They’re perfect for me not spending 300–+ on anc headphones. But I’d your paying that much for the Sony you should get that good battery of soundcores 45

I copped a pair of these for 100$ on sale at Best Buy and I think the sound and noise canceling are solid but I HATE the headband so I don’t get a lot of use out of them.
The round shape of the band and the way they extend makes them go outward when extending the cups making them put pressure on my jaw and creating a gap at the top of my ears.
That whole thing makes them a pair that I have to wear too tight if I want a good seal and I get tired of them quick.

I think for sound quality that you would probably prefer the Q35 model for the Soundcores.

Great review. I have the Life Tune which is the brother to the 30's. I'm debating between these or the 35's. I've seen many videos & it seems they like the soundcore 35's more then these. Do you have a video where you compare these with the 35's rather then another brand? I really like the soundcore brand.

I have ordered these hoping that it'd be an upgrade from my sennheiser 4.50 btnc do you think I made the right decision or should I buy some other headphones.

Personally I don't recommand them. I bought them about 2 weeks ago. For this price I was satisfied. They weren't good but also not bad.
I bought them because I like to work in complete silence. Sadly in a silent room I hear white noise and also some high squeaks. But still it wasn't bad until my coworker brought his Sony WH-XB910N and I was in shock. The price is the same but that ANC is amazing. No white noise, complete silence while standing in front of a really loud air conditioner.

Seriously. If I would know earlier I wouldn't buy them.
