I played golf my whole life and I honestly used to practice with my eyes closed. It helps build trust on your swing. I love my 5-wood, so I’d do it the most with that club, and I always pure that one on the course. Id genuinely suggest trying it. It’ll calm your nerves the next time a big play is about to happen.

My golf instructor has me practice this every session, not nearly as hard as youd think, you actually hit them alot better with your eyes closed
