Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has admitted to living in “uncertain times” amid the Trump administration’s tariff rulings as the Australian dollar falls to $US0.60.
“I’m absolutely certain that in these uncertain times … now is not the time for the sort of retreat from policy that we have seen from the Coalition,” Mr Albanese said.
“We will continue to engage constructively with the US administration.”
