How do you expect people to save for Health Savings Accounts? It would just be a tax shelter for people with extra income, not a solution for poor people to cover their medical costs.

That tax credit sounds good. I'm self employed. The elective surgery example on laser eye surgery was spot on! It gotten cheaper because people know the price and their is competition. Who really knows what medical centers charge? You just get this obnoxious bill after the fact. Get competition back!

8 years and it is still Obamacare Light. Repeal ....most of us have been unable to afford being sick anyway because of the high premiums. Give healthcare back to the insurance companies and then let all of us have a choice. We the people will replace with our choice not you Mr Ryan who doesnt have to worry about healthcare.
