Rule 6G under section 44AB

As already mentioned by our expert, the last date of getting your books audited is September 30, 2022, for any assessee who is required to get their books audited under any law, and October 31, 2022, for any assessee who needs to submit a report pertaining to international as well as specified domestic transactions.

We know that getting your books audited on time is important to save yourself from the last-minute rush. However, this doesn’t mean missing out on important requirements if you are closing by the deadline.
