Gunman in Orange shooting charged

A man suspected of killing four people, including a 9-year-old boy, at an Orange office complex earlier this week has been charged with multiple counts of murder and attempted murder. Wendy Burch reports for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on April 2, 2021.
