My Theory says that:
In Avengers: End Game, Thor was having Past Time Mjolnir, and in Past Mjolnir was only one Thor's Weapon, so Mjolnir get to Thor before Storm breaker because Mjolnir was powerful than Storm breaker in Past...If we talk about Present Time Mjolnir, it is not much powerful than Storm breaker, as we have seen in Avengers: Infinity War End Scene, where Storm breaker even repel all Six Infinity Stones Power at once...So Storm breaker will come before Mjolnir...as Storm breaker is jealous of Mjolnir...and as Past Time Mjolnir was in Future and Storm breaker was also not knowing that there is Thor's Primary Weapon, Mjolnir came first because it was so close Thor in Past Time in Future also...In Present Time, Storm breaker met Mjolnir 2nd time so he was jealous of him because last time Mjolnir reached Thor first before Storm breaker...
