I desire to be the next president of Malawi. I want to improve Malawi. Imagine we have nothing...no planes, nice airport, roads, roads signs, hospitals, schools, universities, jobs, housings...what is malawi doing this 21st Century? 😁😁😁. Stop voting devils Malawians..

That is a very rude and disgusting thing to say. If you don't like the country just say you don't like it. Don't call it pathetic or all that and I dont know which Malawi you have been to because the last time I was there we had okay telecommunication and we had good cities. I am not going to sugar coat things and say everything is great because the country is indeed poor however the ENTIRE country is not like that. You have some parts that are great and some parts that are not.

This country looks really interesting. I know it's poor and has not much infrastructure, but all the kids seem very happy, I like the colourful clothing, looks like great weather, a beautiful lake, everyone dances all the time, and even in that very poor village people try and make the place look nice, cleaning etc.

My view is that, this video is not very far from reality in malawi. There may be some minor mistranslations, but the facts remain the same. Infact this repesents the childhood experience of the majority in malawi, including mine. Actually, there some areas where there are no pre-school education. I never stepped in nursery school myself. I know we are happy people, but we can do better. And the government can do better too.

I'm very interested in Malawi because I am going there on the 25th June (2015) to visit a school in a town called Rumphi. It is interesting to see the background of the children before I go and see for myself.

I went to work in Lilongwe and it was the most fascinating trip of my life. There's overwhelming poverty but they're the nicest and warmest people on earth. I absolutely love that country.

As a Malawian i can agree. in 2024 still we have some places without preschools. Kids as old as 8 to 10yrs haven't started school yet. A lot of kids walk around without a pair of shoes. Poverty is at another level here but my God, even the ones so hungry will still smile at a stranger, tuere is so much compassion, kindness for one another. It is still a WARM HEART OF AFRICA.

We here in America throw away so much useful stuff that these children could use...we have 1.00 stores that could provide much of the things that they need for their school and the children.

I decided to sponsor a child for my birthday and he just happens to be from Malawi. I am hopeful to make a small difference. The community definitely need more help from people who have the financial ability and of course who are willing.
