I accidentally deleted WCW Mayhem 1999 Intro I don't know how but my apologies so here's the intro to WCW Halloween Havoc 1998.....
Known Fact this PPV is known for having the Main Event between Goldberg vs DDP being cut..... Satellite and Cable Providers cut the Feed during the Main Event and the next night WCW Monday Nitro would score it's Final Victory over Raw in the Monday Night War by showing Goldberg vs DDP for Free

Probably the most stacked card I have even seen:
- Goldberg vs DDP
- Hogan vs Warrior II
- Bret Hart vs Sting
- Kevin Nash vs Scott Hall (Outsiders collide)
- Steiner brother collide
Yet, this ppv was average at most.
