That rain on hot asphalt smell is called petrichor and Absinthe Minded has a petrichor candle in another collection, so I bet they put that smell in a few other candles

Just for the record, I have drunk real Absinthe down here in New Orleans at the Old Absinthe House in the French Quarter. It was extremely overpriced and the place itself is a hole in the wall. But, if you are wondering what it taste likes, its a cross between licorice liqueur and Barbasol. I am still glad I got the experience.

Quick random fact. Marilyn Manson dropped in on my History of Art class while I was in college. He brought Absinthe with him but sadly did not share. So, whenever I think about Absinthe I think of him. It was strange. It's on YouTube. Marilyn Manson teaches a class. I'm in the thumbnail. Hahha.

Yes! Red delicious apples are mealy and flavorless!!! I like my apples with a bit of bite and tang! Granny Smith is where it's at!

Halloween 🎃 Night with these scent notes Pumpkin, Persimmon, Orange, Cinnamon, and Sugared Vanilla, but what’s crazy I smell like black licorice with a hint of cinnamon and citrus I really love it. It’s funny how our noses are all different and we smell different things, I’m certainly glad they came out with melts, this helps me decide if I want to invest in the candle and this is definitely one I want.
