People complaining about it not being available for other countries:
Get the app using market enabler.
Get the Music account by using a proxy or even Header Hacker for Chrome/Chromium (something like it is also available for Firefox)
After that. you will not be bothered again because Google is a cool guy.

@BozBorowiecki When you set up google music syncing for your computer, i'm pretty sure it has an option where you can choose it to sync your itunes podcast
