I love that the whole albums feels like a grieving process. You move through phases like denial, anger, bargaining, sadness and eventually land on these last few tracks that are just so accepting of your situation and the fact that the relationship was actually shit and bad for you. History of Man is a great summery of that, but therapy feels more in the moment. Like you just realized that “hey actually he broke his promise and I’m messed up now, I need to work through this even though I never planned to”. Sad revelation, but healthy in a way. It’s a good sign that you’re moving on, eventually reaching There It Goes. Ugh, her mind. No wonder I have Therapy on repeat today lol love this album
