I'm 27 with a wife and full time job and all the other adult responsibilities but these videos have me practicing card tricks like I'm a kid. Driving my wife nuts every night like " WATCH THIS WATCH THIS!" Lol. Thanks for the new INSPIRATION!

I have been on YouTube for many, many years now. I have seen a lot of different channels, each with wavering levels of quality from video to video. I have to say everything you put out is consistently brilliant. Your channel is by far my favourite on the site. Just wanted to say thanks for all your uploads and the effort you put into them.

“Now I know this looks a bit complicated and believe me it is” I love you Chris lol

Even knowing the trick, I'm still amazed every time you control that card. It's the beauty of it. Thanks man, greetings from Argentina!!

First things first, thanks so much for putting out these amazing videos. Probably my favorite magician on YouTube to follow.

To everyone struggling with this...maybe I can help a little. I'm no expert, I've just started on my journey a few months ago. This move took me 3 days to "figure out" the basic mechanics of, and after about two weeks of practice, I'm finally able to do it consistently. Nowhere near as good or invisible as what you see pros like Chris do obviously, but it doesn't look terrible from the front angle. One tip that really helped me is to practice pushing the cards in the middle out without sliding them under the card to control to the top. Just break off a packet, tilt up, and while tilting back down, practice sliding the top card(s) of the bottom packet up with the top packet (being held in your thumb and index finger, since your middle will eventually need to be on the card to control). Once you've got that down, the addition of the extra card on top of it (the card to control) will make things a little trickier of course, but once you understand the pressure you need to apply to get those cards in the middle slid outwards to cover the control, it should become much more intuitive. Good luck!

"I'm going to show you one last time, then that's it. You guys are just going to have to re-watch this." Lol.

Thanks Chris. I started learning card magic around five weeks ago, and your content has steadily kept me going forward.

Like most people who begin learning on YouTube, you stumble around, going from channel to channel, till you land on a few that really speak to you. And you sir, are nothing short of incredible to learn from. Thank you for your effort and time in the production of these vids.

I have learned so much from you it's incredible. I have hundreds of hours of practice in now. I just sit at the the kitchen table practicing over and over until I get it then when I go to the gas station, see a police officer, a fast food attendant, whenever I'm out I love to perform a trick. Engineer by trade, programmer, graphic designer, musician. Math freak. It all applies to magic as well. I love it so much. I always is ask first though if someone likes magic now though because I got kicked out of a hotel once for practicing "Voodoo"

I am a newbie and I cannot stop watching your videos. THIS one is amazing and actually not that hard to do - soley because of your thorough direction you distill it down to simplicity. Man, I am SO into card tricks after going to Vegas and seeing Mat Franko and David Copperfield, then going to a shop. Top notch man, keep it up! Thank you so much.

Tutorial Monday had an idea behind it.
It made me actually wait for a Monday. You made Mondays worth waiting for.
Tutorial Tuesday may have a nice ring to it but tutorial Monday is the real deal.

I have ever seen a more beautiful control. Before i saw behind the scenes, I had no idea what kind of movements i would expect. This "big" amount of movement for such a quick small action is absolutely breath taking. The way that each movement perfectly alligns for the next os unlike anything I've seen so far. Thank you for sharing this Chris, magic like this always opens up new doors for me especially outside og magic.
There's always more then what meets the eye

I know you probably won't see this, but I just wanted to say that I'm so glad I found your channel! I've been watching your videos every And I've always had a dream to do magic, and this has helped inspire me so much!! And thank you for keeping it fun unlike many magicians today haha!! God bless brother

I have learned this move so that it only pushes out one card. You use the top half of the deck to push the card that was under the controlled card before it was controlled out. Your videos are awesome! :)

Yes, please do a tutorial at least once a week. I've been learning so much from you and I've only been practicing for 2 months. I can already impress random people and I can't wait to learn more from you. Thanks!

I watch your tutorials, understand the trick and it still astounds me when i see it performed afterwards. You have a great talent.

Been practicing this and it DOES get easier, but it requires a LOT of patience, and trial, and error. This is a GREAT control. The most difficult part is to get that second card to protrude. I still have issues with that.
