I love how your week reflects your goals!! It's sort of like time tracking but in the future! Awesome job 💜

I use a 4 color pen to color code my family members. Blue for oldest son, green for younger son, black for everyone, red for important things. It helped to know which kid has practice just by seeing the color

It looks awesome. Love the approach by goals.

This is so so so cute! Its neat to see how much time you spend doing each area of your goals!

I also buy stickers from knockout. I color code with dots and icons not full stickers typically.

We cook about every other night. It depends, some meals we love make us leftovers for a couple lunches each (homemade chicken curry omnomnom) But we tend to plan them around nights we know we will not have time to cook, such as late work nights. Taking lunch to work is really important for me this time of year as my job tends to have the most overtime/work through lunch kind of workload going in to the second quarter, so leftovers are a MUST in our house.

For two of us, I'm usually bulk cooking 3 times a week, storing leftovers for our work lunch stash, and eating sandwiches or other easy things in between. We eat out maybe once a week.

Okay Laken you asked for it, I try to cook as often as possible honestly, but once my kids got grown that went out the door, I cook on Sunday, Monday of course is left over day, and maybe it will go into Tuesday, Wednesday I try to cook again, but once Thursday comes its down hill and everyone is on their own, Saturday dont ask me cook what you want and then it starts over again, of course once Summer time hits we love it cause my husband cooks different stuff almost everyday, he loves the grill...as always I love your spread and enjoy the rest of your week...

I just need to blame you for wanting to totally revisit Planner supplies for reaching my goals 🤪 I have had PowerSheets for the past 2 years and never achieved half of what I wanted- I do great in the office but at home, no productivity with 2 toddlers. This blocking my ENTIRE day is loft changing! Thank you... now back to ordering new stickers and a vertical planner!

I’m on a low calorie high protein diet and my sisters/roommates are not so I plan out the week before and buy what I intend to make and cook Sunday through Thursday and make one meal for dinner and the second portion is my lunch the next day and that’s how I do it. I hate cooking but having a plan helps when I get home from work every day. Friday’s are just free nights since it’s happy hour every Friday.

I work from home 2 days a week, so left overs for lunch mostly. Try to cook 4 times a week for dinner, 2 leftover meals and 1 out to eat meal. And I try to line it up that a leftover meal is made the night before a work from home day. I loved seeing how literally all the things you do really do have a goal. That is awesome!

I cook dinner 5 nights a week, breakfast 7 days a week and lunch 4 days a week. We typically go out on Friday or Saturday night and we have dinner at my mother-in-law's on Sunday. I make lunch Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the other days are typically sandwiches or salads or out. It's a lot, but I enjoy it usually.

I am a mom of two teens and a tween. Because of that, when I color code in my planner, it’s by person and unfortunately that’s always my goals but theirs and they have plenty of evening activities. I cook fresh meals usually 5 nights a week and then we eat out 1-2. Depending on the busyness of the kids, we do crockpot meals and they some prep.

we eat out so much but I think when we have kids we will eat in more. We probably eat fresh 3 nights a week and the rest we heat up leftovers/frozen/ random snacky dinners. loved the color coded week! I dont really color code but it is intriguing

My cooking routine varies with the season :) currently we have just started baseball season so the week will be cooking on all nights except tues& thurs which will be leftovers and we eat out on Friday for dinner and out for lunch after church on Sunday :) I have a family of 4 with myself, husband and 2 boys age7&14

I love this! I do color code. It's just how my brain works! I have two planners one for work and personal. I color code by category (similar to how you code). I like how you code by goals though! I might incorporate that in the future. As for cooking, I usually cook two nights in a row and the third night is "must-go-night" as our family calls it, and so on. We usually order out or eat out once every two or three weeks. Good job! 😊

I batch cook a couple times week, one of those days being the weekend, but I have been thinking about trying batch prepping and making different meals from that which don’t take too much time to make during the work week. I think colour coding is great if you are a visual person. It distracts me so I don’t use it. Great to see at a glance how you are spending your time and could see a pattern emerge and whether or not it works for you.

We eat out or get takeaway 2 or 3 times a month, and cook from scratch 2 or 3 times a week. I make pretty much everything in double batches and freeze the extra portions so it doesn't feel like having leftovers the other nights of the week as you get something different every day..
