To the glory of God, I passed my interview today. I thank you for the videos I watched. It really helped. It was pretty easy. It took about 20 minutes. The officer was professional and nice. She started me with the reading and writing test using the tablet. My Reading test was: Which State has the most people? Writing test: California has the most people. Next was the civic test. I answered the first 6 questions.
Q1. What does the constitution do? Q2. What major event happened on September 11, 2001, in the United States? Q3. Who is the commander in chief of the military? Q4. What is the supreme law of the land? Q5. What happened at the constitutional convention? Q6. Who was the first president? The last part was reviewing my N-400 application. No definitions. To those who may be nervous, I say, relax, watch the videos, listen to the audios even if you are cooking, washing etc. Whoever is preparing for this interview, I tell you, with God's help, you will also succeed. I know you can make it. Yes, you can.

I passed my test yesterday. this video was helpful. just make sure you thoroughly read your N-400 that you filled out. Before they ask the civic questions, they will review your application to its entirety. if they found any information is missing they will complete it in your presence. I somehow missed an information and they filled out. my officer was a very friendly and kind lady. it took me 20 mins to complete everything. most civic questions were about the constitution. But my wife had a tough officer and it took a long time for her, she came back nervously even though she also passed. so it depends on the officer as well. waiting for the ceremony! good luck to all waiting for the interview. thank you for this video.

Thank you so much for the helpful videos you provide. I passed my citizenship test today. The videos on this channel prepared me for the test. I was confident and ready to answer any questions that may be asked of me. The USCIS officer/personnel was very friendly and professional. I was truly impressed with how well they (USCIS officers) perform their duties without any air of intimidation. Thank you again, for all of your help! God bless you all. Please see below for details of my experience at the citizenship interview.

READING TEST
Question: How many US Senators are there? (I read the question out loud to the hearing of the USCIS officer)

WRITING TEST
I was asked to write the quoted sentence/text "There are one hundred US Senators."
The officer read out the sentence to me and I was instructed to write out the answer on an electronic writing pad that was in front of me.

CIVICS TEST
I was asked the following questions.

1) QUESTION: There were 13 original states. Name three
My answer: Rhode Island, New Jersey, Georgia

2) QUESTION: Under our Constitution, some powers belong to the states. What is one power of the states?
My answer: Provide schooling and education

3) QUESTION: Name one state that borders Mexico
My answer: California

4) Question: Who is the "Father of Our Country"?
Answer: George Washington

5) Question: Who was President during the Great Depression and World War II?
Answer: Franklin Roosevelt

6) QUESTION: Who did the United States fight in World War II?
Answer: Germany, Japan, Italy

MY THOUGHTS
For native English speakers (my country of origin was colonized by the British), passing the test should be quite easy. For non native English speakers, please take advantage of the FREE materials provided by this channel to learn all that you can in order to prepare you for the test. I wish you all good luck. God bless you and make your beautiful dreams come true (amen).

I became U.S citizen in 2006. I remember preparing for the civics test. Interviewer didn't ask me that many civics questions. She asked two. I remember one was "Who's the governor of Michigan?". Also, remember when the Judge handed over my certificate and said "Oh I love Indian food. It's incredible. ". People started laughing after they heard him saying so loudly." he was a cool judge.
