I am a first generation migrant and it's hard for me to see Australia deteriorate so much in front of my very eyes in the 20 years I have lived here. I left a country with lots of injustices behind and am now watching Australia go down a similar path 🥺. Such a shame!

I am from Gen Z and it enrages me how much of this incredible country's potential has been squandered in my lifetime alone. People of my age tend to only care about social issues and have no conception of how dire our situation has become. Our natural resources should work for us, our energy should be practically free, our public services and facilities should be world-leading and our borders should be entirely secure. What should be the richest, safest and most prosperous country on this planet has been reduced to essentially entrapping and fleecing foreigners to get by. The past 30 years have been an abject policy failure, the state we are in is a betrayal of the Australian people.

As an Aussie woman, I do want kids but I can't afford them. Me having children would compound me into poverty and the rest of my life would be very hard.
This country has taken away the freedom to have kids in millennial and gen z generations.
