Death Penalty case! Come on Gascon. File the enhancements! Let the jury decide. Vote Nathan Hochman Nov. 5th!

If you demand safety, you need to hold the liberal politicians accountable this November for their crime policies.

lol she said safety should be on the city.
Meanwhile the “city” keeps releasing criminals back on the streets.

I didn't know inmates could refuse to go to court. I thought that if an inmate refused it would be all batons and being strapped into a rolling chair and a spit hood and seeing the judge where the inmate likes it or not. All the while just making himself languish in jail/court with no credit for time served.

Still no picture of the perpetrator and no mention of his priors (if any). Why are they hiding this?

Anthony Rivera was my friend since Jr. High School, sweet nice human being. We all loved him so much. Helpful and kind. I'm devastated! We need armed security on each bus

Does anybody understand why Gascon says mass incarceration was bad? I heard he has got a sob story bout a parent. But that cannot be it. There is something nefarious about his decisions and positions.
