Same British laws rebranded as Modi laws. Just the section numbers are changed and the punishments are more stringent now. As per Amit shah, Financial fraud is "terrorism" now. Rape law is only for women and only men can be the offenders. Police can declare someone as a terrorist under UAPA and detain him for 90 days without chargesheet or bail, courts will not intervene. 498A, Dowry laws, POSH are untouched because otherwise feminists will slipper Mota bhai.
