Masonex Building Director Julia Nesbit shares how the Small Business Development Corporation’s PIVOT program helped her build business resilience.

“It’s the best business decision I’ve made,” said Julia.

“When you change the way you see your business, the way you perceive yourself within that business, it’s priceless. It’s been such a fantastic opportunity and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to learn so much.”

The PIVOT program supported WA business owners to build a positive, resilient approach to the future. The program helped them to generate a new mindset and spirit of optimism, and offered practical help to focus on the future and new opportunities.

The PIVOT program was delivered by the Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and was funded by the Western Australian State Government’s Recovery Plan.
