I did my OCTF course on September 2018...15days before I applied for basic DC endorsement....still it's showing under process in eligibility column....any problem or 2018 certificate is not eligible sir??

Today 14.30 hrs i applied my Dc certificate, i uploaded all the documents as per cop eligibility for dc, after uploading all the documents all the sections in eligibility turned black from red, but still not showing certificate under process ?
