Mantsopa municipality to be placed under administration

The cash strapped Mantsopa municipality in the Free State is on the verge of being placed under administration. Workers' salaries haven't been paid and service delivery is under threat. The municipality incorporates the towns of Hobhouse, Tweespruit, Ladybrand, Excelsior, and Thabaphatsoa.
