Motet for four voices, composed by Marc'Antonio Ingegneri and misattributed to Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina (1525-1594).

Info ↓
Notes → Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina quotes the 4-part motet with the same text published in 1588 by M.A. Ingegneri, who became choirmaster at Cremona in 1570. Ingegneri's 4-part motet was mistakenly attributed to Palestrina until 1897.
Transcription: Andrea Francesco Scalia
