The Brazilian one is incorrect. We usually don't cover it with chimichurri, which is an argentinian sauce. You need to use more salt, once there is a crust, you tap it so the salt falls, slice and eat the crust, then salt it again and put it in fire again so there is a new crust.

Here in Brazil we don’t usually make “pão de queijo” for our barbecues, we eat garlic bread. Furthermore, we usually eat “farofa”, not chimichurri, which is Argentinian by the way.

As an Indian, few things that you can do to take your Tandoori Chicken to the next level:

1. Use Kashmiri chili powder. Regular chili powder is great, but to get that deep red color like you see in the restaurants, you gotta use Kashmiri chili powder. It's actually a low heat chili that imparts more color than spice. My go to is to use a mix of both regular chili powder and Kashmiri chili poweder, to get both spice and color.

2. Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves). For me this is simply a must in the marinade because it imparts a wonderful herbacious flavor into the marinade. Its the most commonly used herb in India.

3. Chaat masala and amchur (mango) powder in the marinade. These spices elevate your marinade, and give it wonderful aroma and flavor. Best way to not overdo it is to crank down the lemon juice and add just a bit of chaat masala and amchur, with enhances the complexity of the flavors in the dish.

4. Add mustard oil to the marinade. Mustard oil is a staple in most Indian foods, because of its unique flavor. You don't need to go crazy with it, 1-2 tablespoons should be enough.

These extra ingredients can make a world of difference. But your version was fairly authentic, and how most people make Tandoori chicken at home. Cheers!

Obviously the UK has the best barbecue.

Nothing beats a sausage burnt on the outside and raw in the middle.

We don't eat churrasco with chimichurri in Brazil. We pair, oftentimes, with our equivalent pico de gallo, that we call "vinagrete", and "farofa".

As a Brazilian, do NOT EAT PICANHA WITH CHIMICHURRI. AND AFTER EATING ONE CRUST, PUT BACK IN FIRE TO REMAKE IT AND EAT IT AGAIN
