Happy Mother's Day Mrs. Schwenk, I thought I had a creative mind - you taught this old preserved man something never thought of.
Thank you!!!!

Thank you for the shared knowledge. It is enlightening! Also, Kefir is properly pronounced...kuh-feer or keh-fuh

I don't see a link with instructions which would be way better than listing an audio. Can you please put the link here as you said in the video. Where to buy raw A2 milk butter or heavy raw cream to be shipped? Thanks

I gave my kefir grains a break in the fridge for about 2 months, then took them out, put in fresh milk, and after 3 cycles of tossing the yucky smelling milk, they're finally culturing again, but not great. Donna do you have any recommendations for making it taste right again?

I live in South Africa we do not have access to your products.
Please make it possible for those interested to make this without the koffie sachets.
I make kefir so help me to use the milk kefir to make the butter. It is very frustrating to listen to this and can't benefit from thus podcast.

The "t" in sachet is silent, as it is a French word. It is pronounced "sash-ay".
