Lumpia Sariwa - Street Food Style

I call this recipe Lumpiang Sariwa, Street Food Style because this is the kind of fresh lumpia that you see the vendors in the streets of Manila are selling in their carts. They are sold for Ten pesos each. I am amazed by the way the vendors wrap the lumpia with just a simple and quick tuck and fold technique.
These lumpia are made all with veggies and no meat at all. Some might have added vetsin or magic sarap to enhance the flavor. The secret to this recipe is in the sauce. Make sure your sauce is flavorful. And of course, do not forget the crushed peanuts. Fresh chopped onions, chilies and garlic used for topping are optional. I personally do not like raw garlic and onions.
In places where fresh lettuce is cheap, they add lettuce when wrapping. If they are expensive in your area, you can omit them.
You can add or substitute with other veggies you like.
I hope you can use this recipe for a business opportunity. Good luck! Enjoy!
