English should only be considered as a foreign language in India. It gives me the impression as if Indians are ashamed of themselves and their own native Hindi language. Should always give priority to Hindi language. It makes me angry by seeing even Bollywood stars struggle to speak proper Hindi and not being able to structure a proper sentence in full Hindi.
