reason ETH ETF will underperform BTC ETF is because ETH ETF doesn't get staking benefits or allow you to utilize the ETH to do decentralized crypto activities when its locked up in the ETF. With BTC ETF it essentially does everything BTC does minus being able to exchange it to other and small yearly fee, which also both apply to ETH ETF.

Great discussion, Pomp! So, instead of mirroring tradfi or mirroring gold, is BTC loosely tracking the VIX? I’d say so if BTC is currently most sensitive to uncertainty, whose nearest market analogue is (relative) volatility.
