Just got these off Amazon. Pay very close attention to how your grips are labeled. After feeling like a moron for nearly 2hrs, bouncing back and forth between the directions and this video, I realized they labeled the grips wrong! As someone who is not very versed in applying decals I depend heavily on directions and photos/videos. Opening a package with the Left grip labeled "R" and the Right grip labeled "L" does not make for a very fund evening!

What material is the surface made of? My hands are extremely sensitive to texture, and I need something super grippy, like soft rubber, to prevent irritation. Hard silicone, like most controller skins are made of, won't work for me. Sometimes, plastic is fine; the DualShock 4 works fine, as does the front face of the DualSense, but the rough, rear surface of the grips causes me issues. It's all about the grip; my hands feel like they have a poor grip on the back - in fact, it feels dusty! - so they sweat like crazy.

Why is this material so much thicker than the one on the ds4? I ordered them expecting it being just as thin and comfy as in my ds4 but they are not, they are thick and distracting when handling the controller. Will you make a thiner version?

Your back button kit comes with a replacement lower shell that I don’t find particularly grippy. Will this work over that lower shell as well?

I line up the grips same way you are. How come mine is overlapping on the button side? Your length seems different

I have some anti slip grips on my dualshock 4, they are amazing, they literally just clip around the triggers in place then around the handles. 5 seconds, tops.
I can't find them anywhere anymore, like they never existed.. I really wish someone made something like that for PS5 dualsense. I can't even get them anymore for my second DS4 controller. This is very finicky as this very video proves.. if you don't get it right you're screwed.. and what on earth does he mean by "rolling"? What. stretch?
