Frequency meter using STM32L476

Frequency meter can measure frequency of pulse accurately from 1 Hz to 5000Hz using External Interrupt and Timer.Tiva launchpad is used to send pulses on digital pin of STM32.When ever a HIGH is detected on digital pin of STM32 a timer is ran untill next HIGH on STM32 's pin.Time between two HIGH is calculated and that gives frequency of pulse.
