The funny thing is that AXA operates in Germany. The German authority responsible for insurance companies (BaFin) releases stats about official complaints when insurances don't pay out what they should. The latest ones available for health insurance are from 2022. AXA has around 1 complaint per 23.4k customers. Their biggest competitors start at 1 per 50k and many of them are closer to 1 per 100k.

OMG!!! What a bunch of BS! They always get their money back! We all have to have it. Yet when we claim something they threaten us with cancellation. When they cancel you we have to pay more for the same coverage!
