Reforma Mountain Spotting - ATS

With the recent Reforma Map update the team has fixed tons of mountain pop-in issues. Let's take the K100-E for a spin and see how these areas look now.

You could do a series were you transport cargo coast to coast in ats and then fly it to europe and then deliver it with ets. You could even take it to japan with the project japan map or to Australia with the outback map.

Clumsy Ground & Air Logistics

You could tuck to Phoenix or Portland and fly to Hawaii.

Some of the modded trucks(like this one) are the best designed for VR. They actually built the windshield in a true 3d model as the ends are rounded to the frame. The stock trucks' windshields are not rounded at the ends so when it rains it looks off. Wish SCS would fix this on their trucks.

I think the mountains have been improved in this update, but there is only so much that a mapper can do in terms of avoiding pop ups. The maximum view distance (the distance that an object can be seen by a player) that can be assigned is 1500 meters, so if those mountains are farther away, they will continue to pop up unless SCS finds a way to increase the view distance of objects (which I hope they do).

Hi Mr. Clumsy. Great combination - K-100 with awesome engine and interior sounds, and driving on Reforma roads! Your truck is beautiful and sounds great. I flip between the K-100 and a W-900 day cab for my ATS driving as both are very maneuverable and are fun to drive. I think your Jon Ruda truck would not have made that swingaround at your delivery point. The inter-modal transportation idea sounds cool.

The Rig and trailer that passed you near the end with the flames on it, that you said was nice are to do with NASCAR. They have some real cool designs. In Flight Sim have you, or can you get to the Lukla Airport in Nepal?. That might be an interesting video.
