In this video, Josiah and Anna from Renorowhome renovate their latest house purchase, a 1900 Baltimore multifamily 2 unit rowhome! In this new series, Crusty to Cute, they transform each boring room by adding character through simple renovations that anyone can do. Episode 1 is kitchen demo. Since this is a tiny kitchen, it doesn't take long to demo, but putting it back together could be a different story.

We buy old houses (all 100 years or older) and renovate them to be short-term and mid-term rentals. We're on our fourth old house renovation and have three rentals, one STR in Luray, VA and two MTR’s in Baltimore, MD. We're about to start renovating our fourth rental in Baltimore, MD. Living in a renovation can be difficult but we're up for the challenge!
