PACKAGING MY ONLINE ORDERS | Tips & Tricks, Stock Organization, Detailed process

Hello everyone! Here's my updated packaging video! It's been roughly 6 months since I posted my last "how to package your online orders" video so I thought it was about time for a little update! Today I go a little more in depth about the process as well as how i've organized my office to be the most efficient! Hi @Nathb, I have a few questions. The first one is, Where do you get you personalise your stickers from? The second question is, Can you please link all the things you need to deliver your completed parcel? Like the sticky things you apply the code on the parcel bag and so on? Hi Nathb! A question that I have not noticed anyone asking in this video or in your previous eco friendly packaging video is if you've ever had any comments from your customers about the kraft mailer arriving with a hole or rip? Has there ever been an instance of water damage to the kraft mailer in your experience with your customers? I think its smart to use plastic inside as a back up so I highly doubt any of your actual merchandise would ever arrive damaged upon arrival to your customers. (did i say that right? i hope it doesnt come off the wrong way. im sure you're professional and would handle any bad experiences with care and professionalism so not tryna make you sound bad). But I was just wondering if you have gotten any feedback from your customers specifically with how the kraft mailers hold up. Or perhaps have you ever reached out and asked? There's so many videos on youtube about people getting samples of it to try out but you're the first one I've been able to find that actually actively uses them. Also, most of the review videos of people that actively use them, use them for their stickers and art, whereas you're the first garment business i've seen that uses them. There's also the very short videos from ecoenclose showing wear and water tests but its from the company so of course theyre not gonna share if any damage occurs. I have a few questions: What size are the Goldwater stickers & Do you use the same size of sticker for all the goldwater packages ? Also what sizes were the goldwater Mailers (the big & small one) ? How do you organize orders before you even package them. Like for example I make my own clothing designs and I’ll get orders and will put aside the shirts needed for that order and then I’ll get more so on so forth. I’m looking for something to be able to label that stack of clothing for whoever’s order that is to know from the next order that I put in a bin till I make it.

Such an awesome video! I launched my website and am a bit nervous on the shipping process. Do you go into DHL and manually create each label for each shipment? Or is there a way it integrates with Shopify? Also, would you mind sharing what program you used to create your invoices? :)
